The Daytona Beach News-Journal publishes article featuring “Silver Beach” project

“Silver Beach” project was featured by prestigious online publication The Daytona Beach News-Journal last December.

The article highlighted the 2,8 acres land in which the Condo-hotel is to be built, with 27-stories that will offer 304 units and a restaurant. South Florida’s developer Eddie Ávila expects to get approvals from the city to break ground in late 2023.
