ABOUT US
Gastón Escala
Director
Former partner at Salfacorp, one of the major building companies in Chile and all Latin America. He graduated as a civil engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has dedicated his career to developing multiple projects in industries such as construction, real estate and energy. He was President of the Chilean Construction Chamber (from 2010 to 2012) and lead its successful launch in the stock market, which is to this day, the biggest transaction in Chilean stock market’s history.
Alberto Araya
Director
Partner and director at Colliers, AME, Inmobiliaria Pacífico, BC Genera, Unidad Leasing, Proyecto Ucuquer, among others. He graduated as a civil engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and started his career as project manager in Salfacorp. He then escalated to the real estate department where he successfully positioned the company as one of the top 4 of the industry in Chile.
Roberto Sivori
Director
President at Colliers International and former partner of Lend Lease’s, one of the top property management companies in the 1990’s. He has dedicated his 25-year career to the real estate industry and has had an active involvement in real estate projects and consultancies throughout Latin America.
Jaime Araya
Executive Director
Wellcot’s founder and former Colliers partner from 2008 to 2015. He graduated as civil engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has been involved in several development projects and consultancies. He is the founding partner of BC Genera, Unidad de Servicios Financieros and Inmobiliaria Pacífico.
Juan Pablo Correa
General Manager
He was part of the real estate team at IMTrust (today named Credicorp) and lead a project to change the use of land of a 3,600 hectares parcel in Chile’s O’Higgins’ region. He graduated as a commercial engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has an MBA in IE from the Business School of Madrid, Spain. He has dedicated 13 years of his career to real estate projects both as a consultant and as an investor.
