Westshore Group’s “AQUA” at Westshore Yacht Club Project was highlighted on December 5th, 2022, by prestigious finance journal Tampa Bay Business Journal. 

The first “AQUA” building will be available for pre-orders at the beginning of 2023 and will have 77 units at $1,5 million price point, the article underlined.

Well-known Miami developer Eddie Ávila is leading the team behind this project. “When I first visited the site, I couldn’t believe that a property of this caliber with such an amazing location, views, and lifestyle was still available in this market. We are fortunate to have assembled an amazing local team that will now bring AQUA to life”, said Ávila in a statement.

CGHJ’s Bob Hall, designer behind Virage Bayshore and Altura Bayshore is this project’s architect. IDDI will design the interiors and Booth Design Group will design the landscapes.
